LIFT is a monthly series of live group coaching sessions designed for professional women who are navigating career change and ready to step into visibility.
Each session is intimate, energising, and practical. You will leave with clarity, tools, and connections that move you forward.

Before you can build a profile or walk into a room with confidence, you need to know what you are saying about yourself. In this session we work on clarifying your career narrative so that you can speak about your transition with confidence and authority, not apology.

If your digital presence is your first impression. Make it count.
We look at how to present yourself powerfully online when you are mid-change. How do you write a bio when you are between identities? How do you position yourself for where you are going, not just where you have been? This session gives you practical frameworks and the confidence to own your story publicly.
Session 3:Show Up Online
Visibility is a practice, not a performance.
Content and presence can feel daunting when you are in transition. In this session we explore how to create visibility that feels aligned and authentic, not forced or self-promotional. You will walk away with a simple approach to showing up online in a way that actually reflects you.
Session 4:Network From the Inside Out
Connection is not transactional. It is relational.
Networking during a career shift can feel awkward when you are not sure what to say or who you even are yet. This session reimagines networking as a natural extension of who you are, not a performance. You will leave with strategies for building real connections that open real doors.
How It Works
Live on Zoom, every Thursday 1pm - 2.30pm BST
5 to 12 women per session, so every voice gets space
A combination of coaching, peer sharing, and practical tools
Sessions are not recorded, keeping the space safe and focused
Investment
Two tiers. Same space. Same coaching. Full access for every woman in the room.
LIFT runs on a Premium and Equity pricing model. The only difference between the two tiers is the price you pay to be here.
This model exists because meaningful work should be within reach for more women, not fewer. When those who can invest at Premium do so, it creates genuine access for those who need the Equity price. That is the intention, and it only works when everyone chooses honestly.
Please choose based on your actual situation, not what feels polite or appropriate.
Choosing your tier
Premium is for you if you can make this investment comfortably, without it creating financial strain or requiring you to cut back on essentials. You may also be able to claim this back as a professional development expense. Your investment at Premium helps sustain the programme and keeps it genuinely accessible for others.
Equity is for you if the Premium price would create real financial hardship or significant sacrifice. Perhaps you are managing dependents, navigating a period of reduced income, or in the middle of a career transition that has affected your finances. Perhaps currency exchange rates make the Premium price a real stretch. The Equity tier is here so that none of those circumstances become a reason to stay out of the room.
